Amber Lenhart, MPH, founded Social Impact Partners Northwest in 2020 after over a decade in public health at the national and local levels.

Based in Spokane, Washington, she is a health equity leader, policy analyst, and community facilitator with experience advancing systems‑level change across the nation and locally in the Inland Northwest. Amber leads data‑driven research, community engagement, and policy initiatives that strengthen wellbeing and resilience for diverse communities. She has documented successes translating complex issues into actionable strategies, building trusted cross‑sector partnerships, and guiding organizations toward more equitable decision‑making. Primary areas of expertise include energy, climate change, and environmental health.

She is passionate about civic service and holds roles with the City of Spokane Plan Commission, Spokane Neighborhood Action Partnership, Spokane Public Schools, and Blueprints for Learning.

Our team also includes expert consultants with skills relevant to your particular needs, including policy development, quantitative research, data visualization, and community engagement.
